Valve Positioner Installation

Need valve positioners installed or replaced? ICS has installed hundreds of positioners on existing control valves.  We will install the wiring, air supply, and complete the final calibration and checkout with one call, which will save your company time by not having to contract and coordinate with several different disciplines.  Please keep ICS in mind for your next retrofit project.  

Instrument Tubing

ICS has the in-house skills to properly install instrument tubing such as air supplies to control valves and process tubing to pressure transmitters. From sweated copper instrument air headers to stainless steel tubing, all installations are of high quality materials and workmanship.

Diaphragm Seal Installation

ICS is your source for instrument diaphragm seal installations.  ICS can assemble most types of diaphragm seals, from simple chemical seals to Iso-Ring type flow-through seals. We can accommodate your fill fluid specifications from glycerin to silicone oils.  We can install pressure switches, gauges, and transmitters.
